Our Amish Cameron Swivel Glider with Flip-out Footrest is artfully handcrafted by world renowned Amish craftsmen, employing age-old practices.  Our furniture is made exclusively of solid wood, harvested responsibly here in the USA.  An optional matching Glider Ottoman is also available.  All our Amish Furniture is handcrafted and hand assembled by skilled Amish craftsmen in Indiana's bucolic Amish country.

The swivel base features solid steel hardware (also made in the USA) securely attached to a thick solid hardwood spoke (made of "5/4 inch" wood), literally creating a solid foundation for a quality heirloom glider.  All joints are mortise & tenon construction, producing a locking effect that ensures stability.  Our furniture features a soy based green foam designed for ultimate comfort & durability.

Given wood's natural beauty, our furniture looks great stained, finished, painted or "bare"; it's simply a matter of taste.  However, if you wish to paint your furniture or opt for a dark stain, we recommend Maple & Cherry.  Oak is not enhanced by paint or dark stains & most people opt for a light to medium stain when choosing oak.  Please keep in mind that since wood is an organic compound, its color & appearance can vary from batch to batch and from species to species depending on a wide range of factors, as determined by Mother Nature.  Furthermore, the appearance of the stain samples above may vary from one screen to another.
