Our ABC Amish 6 Drawer Convertible Baby Changer Chest is made in the heart of Holmes County, Ohio (home to one of the largest Amish populations in the world) from sustainably harvested hardwoods grown within a 250 mile radius. Our Amish baby nursery furniture is bench crafted upon order on an old-world scale by Amish craftsmen, employing practices passed down from previous generations of craftsmen.
Our changing towers/tables/dressers/chests come standard with dovetail drawers & full extension drawer slides and are all handmade of the same quality hardwoods as our cribs. All products are hand built by Amish craftsmen in the USA. The back & drawer bottoms of the our Amish 6 Drawer Convertible Baby Changer & Chest are made of plywood, but can be built entirely of solid hardwood if you wish. In fact, we are happy to customize finish, paint or hardware as well - please contact us to discuss details. Changing pad is not included.
Our Wall Mirror has pre-drilled slots to hang on the wall when using as a baby changing table. Once it is flipped over to use as a chest, Wall Mirror can be mounted onto dresser with included brackets.

Given wood's natural beauty, our furniture looks great stained, finished, painted or "bare"; it's simply a matter of taste. However, if you wish to paint your furniture or opt for a dark stain, we recommend Maple & Cherry. Oak is not enhanced by paint or dark stains & most people opt for a light to medium stain when choosing oak. Please keep in mind that since wood is an organic compound, its color & appearance can vary from batch to batch and from species to species depending on a wide range of factors, as determined by Mother Nature. Furthermore, the appearance of the stain samples above may vary from one screen to another.
