Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly make arrangements to replace, exchange or refund your purchase less shipping costs within 30 days after shipping date on items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original packaging.  Before returning unwanted item(s), please contact us for instructions.  We suggest purchasing delivery confirmation on all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost when returned.

Note:  Clearance Merchandise is a final sale and does not qualify for refunds.  Furniture, mattresses & nursery art are also a final sale and non-refundable, per the manufacturers' policies.

When writing or calling regarding a return, please have available the following info:
• name
• email address
• phone number
• order number
• reason for return 

Please check order before washing or using items.  We suggest washing and using one item of each kind to ensure it is right for you, before washing the whole batch. In the event that you would like to return an item, please send unopened, unwashed, unaltered and unused items for a refund within 30 days after receipt, less shipping costs.  Certain items (for example large toys, strollers and bedding) may require a restocking fee. 

Please check for shortages or damages and report them within 5 days of receipt.  Defective products and ordering errors on our part will be exchanged free of charge.  It is important to remember that due to the nature of minimally processed natural fibers, slight irregularities in color, texture, shape and size are to be expected, especially after a wash. It is absolutely normal and adds to the charm of the fabric.  

Order Changes / Cancellations:
Please note that once an item has been shipped, it is no longer retrievable.  If you have any questions or concerns, call us before placing your order and we will be glad to answer your questions.  

Shipping:
Free shipping is offered on most items as well as purchases over $75 in the contiguous United States.  For purchases under $75, we offer the option of a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for standard shipping & $14.99 for priority/expedited shipping.  Free shipping on large items (ie, furniture, adult size mattresses) includes "curbside" delivery, meaning either to the back of the truck or to the front door depending on the carrier.  If inside delivery or white glove service is required, please contact us for a quote.

In stock items ship within two business days.  In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone.  Certain items are not available for shipping to international addresses, per manufacturers' requirements. 

Security:
Baby Eco Trends, LLC takes precautions to protect our users' security.  When you are asked to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of the web browsers (ie, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing". Privacy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy and only ask for information that is required to complete your order and for internal use only (to provide you updates on sales and promotions). Any and all information will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold, rented, shared or in any other way disclosed to a third party.
