Shipping:  Free shipping is offered on all purchases over $75 in the contiguous United States, with the exception of Manhattan & areas considered remote by ground & freight carriers.  Freight carriers levy a surcharge on deliveries to Manhattan; please email us for a quote.  For purchases under $75, we offer the option of a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for standard shipping & $14.99 for priority/expedited shipping. 

Additional shipping charges may apply for packages sent to addresses outside the continental USA (ie, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).  Free shipping on large items includes "curbside" delivery, meaning either to the back of the truck or to the front door depending on the carrier.  If inside delivery or white glove service is required, please contact us for a quote.

In stock items ship within two business days.  In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.  Our products ship in the USA only.

Returns:  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly make arrangements to replace, exchange or refund your purchase less shipping costs within 30 days after shipping date on items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original packaging. 

Before returning unwanted item(s), please contact us for instructions.  We highly recommend purchasing delivery confirmation on all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost when returned.  Certain items may require a restocking fee.  Please check for shortages or damages and report them within 5 days of receipt.  Defective products and ordering errors on our part will be exchanged free of charge.

Please Note:  Clearance merchandise is a final sale and non-refundable.  Furniture, personalized or customized items, mattresses & artwork are also non-refundable, per the manufacturers' policies.

Order Changes / Cancellations:   Please note that once an item has been shipped, it is no longer retrievable.  If you have any questions or concerns, call us at 305-527-8734 or email us before placing your order and we will be glad to answer your questions.

Security:  Baby Eco Trends, LLC takes precautions to protect our users' security.  When you are asked to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of the web browsers (ie, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing". Privacy:  We are committed to protecting your privacy and only ask for information that is required to complete your order and for internal use only (to provide you updates on sales and promotions). Any and all information will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold, rented, shared or in any other way disclosed to a third party.
